Please don’t scroll past. I need your input.

So I had a D and C November 16th at 11 weeks pregnant. My boyfriend I had sex as soon as the bleeding stopped. And on December 13th just for shits and giggles I took a pregnancy test it was negative as expected. Now today December 15th I am having very light pinkish bleeding. Like it was just enough for me to see it when I wiped. And I am kind of cramping like they are not painful but they are definitely there. Could this light spotting be implantation bleeding or just my body trying to start my period?
