Is it possible to get pregnant this way...

Before I say anything else, I know the possible ways of getting pregnant but I can’t help but overthink things so I’m just gonna ask to clear my mind.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I were fooling around but we didn’t have sex (im still a virgin). I gave him head and afterwards he touched his dick. A while after he touched my vagina with the same hand but he didnt exactly finger me. Could I get pregnant that way? Assuming that he touched his dick which had my saliva and possibly his precum and then later using that hand to touch my vagina?
