What is normal for the first postpartum period? I am 6weeks 1 day PP. I’m not sure the exact day I started bleeding again, because I was officially done bleeding my second week home. I don’t have any cramps or other PMS symptoms other than just bleeding. It was light and then heavy and then super heavy. I know it’s been at least a week now of bleeding and I wasn’t sure how long was too long to be concerned. How long was yours? Is it normal to be all over the place as far as flow? I don’t want to call my dr if it’s not that serious, he moved my appointment to the middle of January because he said I wasn’t a priority. (Beside episiotomy he said I was perfect for 1st baby)
