No period?

so per 2 different apps I'm supposed to start my period today. been at work for 5hrs now and still nothing.... sore and swollen boobs and have serious fatigue the past like week. idk if that's a good sign or not.... I've been getting my hopes up every month to get nothing but af.... I want to test really bad, but I'm sooooooo scared it's going to be negative. I don't have any signs of af showing besides sore swollen boobs and fatigue (which also could be early prego signs)... ughhh I just don't know what to do
