TTC with inferility tests nearly complee

ive been ttc#1 for 15 months with no success. I'm 31 and SO is 33 so feeling v deflated. Have recently finalised all infertility tests so awaiting the results. Does anyone really believe that preseed has worked as I am tempted to buy to try! suppose something is better than nothing. anyone elses experiences would be greatly appreciated
