Since Wednesday I’ve been experiencing contractions, admitted to the hospital from Wednesday morning with 2 min apart contractions till Thursday morning when they had stopped. I’m currently today 27wks and I’m still getting contractions here and there, I was seen by my ob today and she said I was a finger tip dilated. Is that very concerning? My contractions have spaced out but still get them, suppose to go to the hospital this afternoon

i was a finger tip dilated for like a month 😩 random contractions that seemed like the real thing (close in time, extremely painful) but still not labor. most likely everything's fine and you'll just have these contractions for a while which stinks but there's nothing to stop it other than baby coming! trust your doctor and always go in if you have concerns! good luck mama!

Yeah you can be 1cm for a long time. But the contractions are worrisome. Did they give you anything to stop them?
