i’m 16 and i recently noticed that i’ve been having a lot of white discharge—but today it was little unusual—it was yellow/white and kinda of chunky instead of smooth like it usually is

You could be getting a yeast infection

As long as there is no irritation (itching or burning) and no odor then it's probably normal. if you are still concerned I would call your doc.

Yellow discharge can be a sign of infection, like a UTI.  White is normal and “chunky” discharge is normal unless it has a foul smell or changes colours.
