How much weight did you lose after birth?

I know it's shallow and expect negative comments for it, but I also thought it would be a great idea to start a discussion on weight loss for those of us that want to have it: I put on 50lbs total, lost 30lbs in two weeks after both. The remaining 20 was obviously food weight, not baby. I don't want to go to the gym or diet with a newborn. Is anyone else postponing weightloss until baby is a few months older? And those that are dieting, are you breastfeeding and dieting? Share.
