Christmas advice

Begining of November on my husbands birthday, i didn't get him a present as money was tight. I did give him something.... telling him i was pregnant. Well that lasted a week, then i had a miscarriage. I would love to him i'm pregnant again for christmas. But thats not going to happen !!! So, for christmas i want to get him a present. I know what i want to get him but it costs £120. Money is still tight for me. I can't really afford it but i feel like i should get him something as i know hes got me things. Do i buy him that present or not ? . I need advice please.
