Hello everyone!

So my fiance and I have been "not, not trying"? we have had unprotected sex for almost 4 years now, I have never even come close to conceiving. He has a 10 year old daughter.

I have never had a regular period in my life. I can go years without one. I am currently on Provera to help regulate, I was on Metformin for a little while but it was really bad on my stomach and I couldn't even leave the house because I basically lived in the bathroom.

We want to actively try now. So my question is, what do we need? Please any products, apps, suggestions, it's all welcome and appreciated!
