when you are pregnant about 3 to 4 weeks, is it normal to feel like there is a factory inside you?? means you feel moving or like someone working in this area ( feeling like how antz move on your skin) ? sorry my question is somehow silly, but first time pregnancy, don't know much, thanks in advance
