Menstrual Cup and IUDs??

I just started using a menstrual cup for the first time. I haven’t had any issues so far, but I read that you can accidentally expel your IUD while removing your menstrual cup. Does anyone have any personal experience with this?

I use menstrual cups and I have the Paragard IUD. Breaking the seal is the most important part. I personally haven’t had any problems with my IUD. I was using the Diva Cup, but I found that it’s firmness made it really hard for me to break the suction and pull it out at the same time, so that did worry me. Then I got the Lena Cup Sensitive. It’s about the same size, but softer, so it’s easier for me to break the seal. Nothing bad happened with the Diva Cup, I just feel safer using the Lena Cup.
