Am I losing my baby ?

Ok guys so I’m currently 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I started having brown/dark dark red blood come out of me in light spots, this started Wednesday evening, and it was only a little bit (enough to stain my panties but still a little bit) and today 12/15/17 I went to the bathroom and my panties and pants were stained in the same brown blood. This time with discharge, I’m really scared and I don’t have my Dr.appointment until Monday evening, is this blood / discharge normal in early pregnancy ? And if so will it go away ? Also I have 0 pains except for faint tummy pains here & there
