Need a lot of baby dust!!!

Hey lovely ladies.. Long story short we've been TTC for almost 2yrs now. I have only one working tube(only the left) and hubby is having borderline sperm motility(he has 46% immotile sperm). I was consulting a doctor just after 1yr of TTC and with him we did 3IUIs with no success. Now after few months of wait and trying naturally, we consulted a subfertility specialist yesterday. New doc suggested we do 3more IUIs with him if not successful go for IVF. My AF is due today..I neeeeeeed a lotttt of baby dust..I don't like the idea of IUI or IVF again 😑
