Unhealthy cravings - did you give in or stop yourself?
I am nearly 11 weeks pregnant and I feel like all i've been craving this whole time is salt, I know its terrible for you especially when pregnant but I want it so badly I honestly think I could eat the whole salt shaker by itself. It's definitely an unhealthy amount of salt I'm eating and not a very good craving to have, has anyone else have had this problem? Did you give in and continue having it or limit/stop yourself? 😕
