Sick :( what can I take?

So I’m 6+2 and I’m in bed sick today. My whole body is achy, I’ve got a bad sore throat, and some other symptoms. Can I take cold/flu medicine? Things like NyQuil? What about Tylenol for the body aches?

no cold medicine at all. Tylenol just the regular is ok

Talk to a doctor. I got cleared to take sudafed while I was in my third trimester. I never got sick while in my first trimester so I don’t know if it would be any different. The best thing to do is talk to a doctor about what is okay and what is not.

You can take Tylenol and unisom (hs the same ingredient that is in NyQuil that will help you sleep) during pregnancy but definitely speak to your doctor first in terms of dosage.
