Is it likely I'm pregnant?

So me and my bf have been trying for a baby. We have had unprotected sex every 2 to 3 days for a month now. He doesn't pull out. I'm 4 days late for my period and have really tender breasts. I've also been really tired recently and not sleeping well which isn't normal. I've also been booted for the past week and have had minor cramps on and off but still no period I did a pregnant test a week ago at the doctors it was negative. Could it have just been to early??
