Bleeding While Pregnant

Is it normal to bleed while pregnant? Not like a period blood but like spotting.

A few days ago I noticed I had a tannish discharge and thought ok no big deal. Then the next day it was a little more dark and I noticed it when I wiped after peeing. Then last night there was a little reddish/brownish coloring when I wiped. And when I got up in the middle of the night my pee was slightly red tinted and my panties (which were burgundy purple) were darker in the crotch area like blood. When I wiped then it was more red then brown but still very faint.

What could this mean? I'm only a few weeks along and I don't have any cramps or other issues. Morning sickness just started too around when I noticed the discharge.
