Since coming off of Birth Control I have been regular for the first time EVER, but now here I am a week late and a negative test.What do I do?

You might have just ovulated late..it happens sometimes.

I've experienced that before.  One of my last periods was 15 days late, the month before that she didn't show at all. So I went to talk to my doctor just to make sure I was good. My doctor told me many woman skip their periods, especially the first 5-6 months TTC because they stress and cause anxiety on themselves while trying. Our bodies initially go through a lot of changes, like suddenly dropping birth control which can take our bodies a few months to regulate, suddenly increasing in the amount of sex we are having, prenatales and diet changes, and then of course the anxiety and stress as we want it so bad. He told me as long as I'm still getting positive OPKS not to stress, and if I don't get a positive by 20-24 DPO, I may have just skipped that month. I'm sorry that it's so stressful.
