My nails got sooo long, and my hair grew too probably depends on the person. But also pregnancy in general made mine grow, cause I’m 8 months postpartum and I still take prenatals and my hair and nails don’t grow anything like they did during pregnancy.

Nope. Not for me at least. Though my toe nails did! I now have daggers coming out of my feet.

my hair is very long and thick i have to get box braids because i can't manage to comb it and I'm very tender headed and for my nails oh Lord as i cut them they come back so i just leave them let they grow

If you take your prenatals every day yes. My nails got so long I'm so sad that I cut them

Didn’t happen for me, about halfway through my third trimester my hair got a lot thicker. But hair nor nails ever grew fast. Hope yours do!  🤞🏼
