Abdominal pain.. Worry or not ?

I had a miscarriage in July :(. But recently found out we have a Christmas miracle ! I got a positive test last week!!! Well this morning about 6:30. I had severe pain on just my right side. So bad I was in tears. It finally subsided about 9ish. I can tolerate it now. But wondering if this is something I should be concerned about?? There's no bleeding with it.

Just because there's no bleeding doesn't mean nothing is wrong. I had an ectopic pregnancy. I was in severe pain but had no bleeding- I was bleeding internally. If the pain is on the side and it's pretty severe- regardless of whether you bleed vaginally or not, there could be a problem. If the pain continues to be a problem i would suggest going to the ER.
