positive pregnancy test 3 wks after miscarriage

I am very unsure about how to feel about a positive pregnancy test after a miscarriage. I started having my 2nd miscarriage on thanksgiving this year. I was only 5 wks. It was confirmed I passed everything on Nov. 28. and the bleeding pretty much stopped the next day. The past few days I've had a lot of right sided cramping and my breast were very tender. so I decided to take a pg test this am and it came back positive. I know test can come back positive for awhile after a mc but I am still concerned.
