Prenatal Vitamin Switch?
I’m 26+6, I’ve been taking the same Nature Made Prenatal Vitamins since finding out I was pregnant. Today I ran out of those and couldn’t make it to my local store to get the same ones so I sufficed for the “Rexall” brand by the Dollar Store and was wondering if it’s okay to switch? Will it harm my baby? Any effects I should worry about? It has Folic Acid, Iron, and all that good stuff.
