only 8 days ! what can i do?

so im supposed to give birth in december 24 thats in 8 days and im worried i wont! so im having viginal delivery but babys is still high and everything is still thight and closed up. its my first pregnancy and idk if this is normal. i cant breath because of baby being still to high she hasn't droped yet. what can i do to help the proccess and start to dialate

biggest advice is just let nature happen. only your body Will truely signal for changes to begin. i wasnt dilated at all until my 40 week apt and i didnt drop until 10 hours before i delivered.

Pelvic tilts, hip circles, and bounce on a medicine ball several times a day, and have sex! There are YouTube videos that show you yoga poses to widen your pelvis and encourage baby to decend. Good luck!

Move around! Walk walk walk!! stretch, dance and most of all be patient.
I’m trying so hard to be patient myself!! Due the 27th trying so hard to keep busy

Totally normal. Sounds like em. I was late 😔. Sorry girly but sounds like you’re one of the healthy unfortunate ones who just might go late. Oh and i couldn’t breath either.... I tried soooooooo many things to get the ball rolling... NONE. OF. IT. WORKED.....
