PreEclampsia concerns... please help!:(

Co

So, on Thursday (12/14) I went for my first weekly appointment at 36w5d. My blood pressure was really high when they took it manually, and then still high when they had the automatic cuff take it. I had also mentioned to them that I had been seeing bubbles (protein) in my urine, and a very slight foggy-ness and pressure in my head, not headache level, but just barely. After running all of my labs, and several hours of monitoring, my blood pressure had stabilized, the labs came back clear, and the monitor looked great. They sent me home, but let me know that if my headache got really bad, I should call them. Last night (12/13), at like 11pm my head foggies had increased to a full blown, painful-ass headache. I thought about calling, but it was bed time so I thought I'd try to sleep it off. It didn't work. I ended up being half asleep/half awake in pain all night, and then finally at 5:50am, I couldn't fall back to sleep, the pain was too bad. I called the doctor and they asked me to come in. I did so, but my blood pressure wasn't too bad. Above normal, but not at a dangerous level. Monitoring was fine, and the blood work was once again fine. But the headache did not pass with Tylenol, and it still has not passed (I've drank over a gallon of water today so I am definitely not dehydrated).

Anyway, I don't know what to think now. It sucks to be poked and prodded and kept to a bed and scared shitless and then be sent home and told everything is fine. Mostly because I don't know if I can trust that everything is fine/will be fine. I'm worried things will get worse or that I'm missing something.

Does anyone have any reassuring thoughts or sentiments? Experience that may be helpful? I feel totally lost in all this as a FTM.

Thanks in advance 🖤
