trying to conceive since my miscarriage in February
So AF is supposed to be here sometime this week coming and so late Friday evening I started having really bad pains around my shoulder blades and severe headaches, little bit of cramping but no spotting yet, I've been sleeping and laying around all weekend with really no appetite but very bad nausea. I took 3 different tests and Not sure if they were evap lines or a false positive. Any ideas?
