Is my baby still breech?

I've been trying to get my girl to turn head down. I used the doppler and found her heartbeat at the blue X, a very different spot from the place I found it the day they told me she was breech. I feel most of her movements at the orange X and between the orange and blue X's. could those be her hands? Or is she probably still breech? Or maybe transverse? Just praying she'll turn so I can have the medication free vaginal birth I've been dreaming of. 😰😓
