I have recently came across this form of contraception that is all natural, no side effect! Yay! The femometer or Daysy.

I want to come away from all this nasty unnatural things that I’m putting into my body from contraception that cause mood swings etc. I thought it would be a good thing to come off for when I want to have kids so my body is more in tune. I have been on the pill since 14 then the Implant for 2.5 years. 14 years, eek.

I was wondering has anybody heard about this forms of natural contraception and is anyone using them?

It uses your Basel temp to calculate over 2-3 months your cycle, when your fertile and when your period is coming. Your temp rises and falls at different times during your cycle. It’s all calculated on an app on your phone.
