Starting to worry!

I'll start from the beginning Saturday after my afternoon nap I woke up and went to the bathroom and wiped and I had some medium color Brown blood discharge. My husband and I went to the ER( we live in a small town.. so small town hospital) I am rh- so I have to go get the rogam shot. Dr does pelvic exam says it's normal to have some bleeding and started to tell I have no current active bleeding.He still wants to do labs. Wants to go hcg levels, had to send them to a different hospital bc ours doesn't do that. I get a call back stating that my levels were 228,000 at 8 weeks and said that is on the higher side for this for along. He said this could mean some complications or possible twins. I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and it only showed one baby. So of course I Google and was reading about molar pregnancy. I'm just wondering has anyone one had high levels like that? would my due date be wrong? I go in for more blood work and ultrasound on Monday.
