TWW is killing me

So I am 10 days post ovulation and I am driving myself crazy with minor symptoms or a lack of symptoms all together. I’ve had a few days where my breasts were sore and when I flossed yesterday my gums were bleeding a lot which usually doesn’t happen. I am so afraid that I’m reading too much into this but I was a BFP more than anything. I haven’t had any implantation bleeding at all and AF is supposed to be here on the 22nd. I just don’t know if I should be experiencing more symptoms or if some people have gotten a BFP without these symptoms. So stressful!
