Preseed?

I just want to know if it would be worth it! We have been trying since July, and every month I think I’ll get a positive reading but I always get AF! 
I showed my fiancé reviews about it and they seem good, but I wanna hear from you guys who have tried it and conceived.. my fiancé is also scared there will be side effects to to baby, I need to assure him that it won’t so I need proof lol!

I am currently 4w2d pregnant after using Preseed for the first time. We had been TTC for 5 months. I never have ewcm, so that's why I used it, and it worked 😊

My youngest was conceived off of preseed.. had a miscarriage in August of 14' and tried every month after that without anything.. purchased preseed in March of 15' & got our bfp in April
Not 100% sure if preseed was the reason, but seems to be a pretty good coincidence 😊
