Rash?

So my little one has like a rash on his face. Anything y’all recommend I can try for it to go away. He has had it for a few weeks now.

I would schedule an appointment with the pediatrician, in the meantime try using products that aren’t scented(that could irritate the rash), depending on the rash and location you could either use products like cerva or auquaphor  or it may be that it isn’t getting cleaned quick enough and producing a rash, in that case keeping it clean and dry would be the best thing to do.

I had pollen from flowers getting all over my hands so when changing my lo I was running that crap all over him by accident-throw away any fresh plants and maybe use wet cloth to wipe baby until it goes away
