Pregnancy test

Okay, so I took a test last night because I’ve been peeing a lot (but I haven’t missed my period) and something told me to seriously test. Well I took it and forgot to look. At around 11 pm I took it and got up at 430 AM and looked at it and this is what I saw. I know it says it’s not valid after a certain amount of time, but I feel like this is truly positive. Help? Advice please.
