Failed IUI/ Blocked Tubes

In July I had an HSG test and both tubes were blocked. The Doctor was able to push thru the blockage with the test dye.
I had an IUI four months later (last cycle) and I just got my period... 4 days early at 12dpiui?!?
I have a call into my RE, but I'm curious if I should worry my tubes are blocked again. I dont want to keep shelling out $1500 a month out of pocket if my tubes are blocked.
So for now, I'll have some wine in the bathtub.
