depressed just want someone to listen

so in May my fiance and I got pregnant but I ended up having an ectopic pregnancy and had to have emergency surgery. My fiance has changed since he was sad and cheated on me 2 weeks after my surgery which was devastating to me my stitches werent even healed yet. I forgave him and we are TTC again after 3 months of AF (dr suggestion b4 trying again) november no af and this month no af i have an appointment tomorrow and Im scared that it may be another ectopic because Im having the same symptoms ... need thoughts and prayers its a 50/50 chance for baby #2 and it seems the odds are against me
