PCOS AND FERTILITY.

Okay so I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. It caused me to miscarry a year ago. So I was also given a very bad fertility diagnosis and was wondering if anyone on here was able to conceive with PCOS and diagnosed infertility? If so did you have to help (medically, such as medication) because here in the next couple years I want to start TTC...I want another baby but I have to get healthy and want to be married and moved in with my Fiancé. Any stories or advice would be helpful TIA!
