Placebo

I just started a new pack, (this is my second ever and I have anxiety so I'm nervous)

And I'm just wondering if I took the last pack perfectly and up till now I've taken everything perfectly, I'm definitely safe right ? The placebo pills prevent pregnancy just as well as the regular I'm sure. Yet so many forums consider them almost disposable? So it makes me uneasy and wonder if I'm any less safe on the first few pills of my next pack.

I feel like I'm just rambling now. Does this make sense? I'm probably just paranoid right?
