Phantom kicks

Mom of 2 my youngest is almost 3 and my oldest is almost 4 since having my second I have had weird feelings in my abdomen like baby kids they come in go never consistent and it freaks me out every time thinking I'm pregnant well I never am but can't be for sure all the time because I can only test positive for being pregnant through blood test and here recently it's been more often every day multiple times a day but I also really want another baby....

Is this normal does anyone else experience phantom kicks
