AF never comes will I ever get a positive

So I’ve always been irregular. I had the mirena after my last son and never had AF with that. Was removed in September and had some spotting the first week since then nothing. We’re trying to conceive so I’ve been tracking my ovulation but wanted to see if there were others dealing with no AF that have gotten preggo.iv never had this issue really. I use to be irregular but not having AF at all worries me 😐 I’m getting positive ovulation so should I be worried?
