Stopped BC

Good evening everyone!

I stopped my BC as of today since I forgot to reorder it since now the insurance makes me mail order it and I forgot since I’ve been so busy with work and other things. I told my husband I was not reordering it, since it would be too late to start and ends with my cycle anyway. I want to stop anyway since I’m going to a reproductive specialist in jan to have a second opinion to make sure I don’t have PCOS since my cycle is horrible. On BC I once didn’t get my period for 2 years.

I am just nervous about stopping, since we just got married in April and do not want to have. A baby just yet.

Is it true you are really fertile once you stop?
