I am 4 months PP and have a really hard time holding my urine. I’m guessing because my muscles down there are still loose. Idk but tonight I just pooped while having sex with my husband. I’m so embarrassed. I had no idea until I got up. I feel so gross and stupid. I just wanna crawl under a car and hide forever.
