Should I be concerned?

So I had my period around the beginning of the month, ending on the 8th or so but I’ve noticed a lot of light bleeding after that up til now every once in awhile. I had been given meds from my doc on curing this bacterial infection down there. And i think i have a tear somewhere as i can feel it when i wipe...should i be concerned about implantation bleeding or am i just crazy? I’m waiting on my birth control to come in as i use nexplanon and my bf and i are crazy careful when we don’t have condoms on hand as he always pull out and cleans himself off before the action...excuse the TMI...
