Recovery question
So vaginal birth, a couple stitches from tearing.... anyone have any idea how long till you felt semi normal again? I already feel good going pee without the peri bottle, but I use it anyway just in case. Haven’t pooped yet..... scared for that one. My biggest problem right now is going from standing to sitting or vice versa. Owie.
