Opinions menstrual cups?

I never really understood menstrual cups and how to use them, but I have heard they are better than using tampons. Can someone please explain and give opinions on them??

I bought one and am not sure how I feel about it. I find it is difficult to put in and know when it is placed correctly. Taking it out also seems to be slightly and issue for me as well. Using the shower seemed helpful and makes it easier to relax (though you don’t always get that luxury) overall, I haven’t used it enough to say I don’t like it because I have to keep in mind it took me awhile to figure out how to comfortably use tampons as well. My best friend uses only that and loves it. I think you have to try it for yourself to really see. I don’t regret my purchase at all I just don’t have the patience to learn, but it can save you a bunch of money on tampons!

Yessss!!!! Love mine!!! You just fold the cup a certain way ( there’s directions and also look some up) and put it up your vagina and it catches all the blood. When you empty it you just pull it out and dump it in the toilet and rinse the rest in the sink and repeat!!! Super easy and convenient! You can leave it in for 12 hours.

I have one and i would recommend it! First of all it is better for the envioment and for your wallet, since you won't have to buy tampons and pads all the time. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it works great for me. Keeps the blood from pouring out, same as a tampon, but without the worry that i'll get TSS :)
