Planning a baby shower?

So I have 2 very close friends who I was expecting to plan my baby shower and they obviously want me to do all the planning.. I’m 7 months pregnant and I have so much to save up for I can’t really do it myself. My mom is handicapped and has severe brain trauma so she can’t do I️t, and I’m not close enough with my s/o ‘s month ask her to plan I️t. I’m kind of upset with the fact that one of really willing to even help me plan for the baby shower. What should I do?
