Postpartum Bleeding TMI

I delivered almost 3 weeks ago via emergency c section due to placental abruption, and was just released last week due to endometritis. I haven’t had much bleeding since the antibiotic treatment, but today I just bled heavy out of nowhere. I’ve been able to resume semi-normal physical activity, meaning I don’t need help to do everything. There were clots, but none as big as an egg, which is what they told me to watch for. It was red and looked a little thicker than normal. I was just wondering if anyone has had anything similar with a c section, emergency or not. It’s been 4 years since my first c section and to be quite honest I have forgotten the recovery process. Thanks in advance!
