Husband decided he would start cheating about a month and a half into our marriage. He moved out 3 months into the marriage and completely drained the joint bank account. Yep that would include all of the money we had jointly put into savings. Then he stated on the court documents that he had taken all of the savings and half of the ckeckings account leaving me with half the checking account balance.... only issue is that he completely drained the account and over-drafted it leaving me with absolutely nothing plus in debt. How do I bring this up in court? He has lied about a lot of things on the divorce papers
