Working out during tww and low progesterone levels

After my miscarriage in June I️ was told I️ have low progesterone levels. I️ have been doing some research and read the working out can sometimes effect your hormone levels. I️ currently do 60 spin class 3-4 times a week one or two of those days I️ run 3.5 and then the other two days I️ do t-25 dvds which are 25 min high intensity with weights or bands.

I️ am not sure if I️ should cut back on the days I️ workout and/or intensity of my workouts. Feedback would be awesome as this is something I️ am confused about.
