Hi Ladies,

We have been TTC for a year now. We recently found out that my partner has a low sperm count of 4 million. He has a varicocele vein in his left testicle as well. He has been taking vitamins and Maca and I have just ordered Fertilaid for men.

The urologist said that he doesn’t recommend surgery as he doesn’t think it will help improve sperm count as there is too much damage. He made it sound like we can keep TTC naturally but our chances are low. He recommended we go to a fertility clinic and mentioned <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>.

I am so disheartened and am feeling a bit hopeless. Does anyone have any advice or a similar experience that ended with a BFP??
