Weight TIPS!!!!

Ladies I want your tips for lower body fat over 7 months I’ve gained a good 10 lbs and I’m sick of feeling unhappy with my body the picture on the left is before picture on the right is of me now . I only have a problem with lower belly fat , I weigh probably 118-120 on the left and probably 130-132 on the right . I started doing a hardcore cardio for 10 minutes twice a day and walking so hoping to see results any other tips I would love to hear !! I also started drinking yogi tea .
